I’ve developed a new and entirely free recipe book (e-book)! It’s filled with several new, and a few of my favorite standby recipes.
The inspiration behind creating this recipe book was to take the guesswork out of eating healthy. Food is meant to be enjoyed, and though not everyone loves cooking, my hope is that this allows you to see how simple it can be to make meals and snacks that are both healthy and tasty! My desire is to minimize stress in the kitchen, all while giving you a few more resources when you are cooking for yourself and/or your family and friends.

This is my first, but hopefully not my last, recipe book. I am a busy person, like most of you. I needed simple, healthy, and tasty recipes for both snacks and meals that I could refer to when my creative juices weren’t flowing.
Cooking is a joy and passion of mine and I love preparing meals for friends or getting creative in the kitchen with new recipe ideas that I get from my mom. But I only enjoy it when I “get” to not when I “have” to. Know what I mean? For example, when my kids ask me 100 times what we are having for dinner, I want to pull my hair out. However, with easy access to tasty recipes which have been vetted both by me and many by my kids, I am now enjoying my role in the kitchen once again.
